NAB ’10 – Vericorder 1st Video

Sure, there were plenty of booths at NAB that cost more than most homes, but this is the product that really caught our eye.  1st Video from Vericorder is an outrageous looking video editor for the iPhone.  It looks and feels totally professional.  The interface is smooth and well thought out.  We’re very excited to put this app to work.

It’s due to be released any day now, and will cost under ten smackers!

Sweet. And out of Kelowna BC too! Awesome.

Oops. Missed that. Thanks Taz.

Hi Stu,Every video on HHH has an iPhone friendly version just itchin' to be played. Click on the "Play iPhone-Friendly Version" button under the missing flash vid, and you'll be all set. This is a temporary fix until Vimeo releases their html5 embed code. Should be out soon... we hope.Best,-Taz

Annoying that you can't play your video on an iPhone.

Hi Taz. Just saw the review and demo. Pretty awesome job. Thx for dropping by the booth, and hope to see you soon!

Wow, this looks awesome! It looks like the first full video editor on a phone since the Nokia N95. This editor definitely has more options for audio, but the N95's video editor handles video about the same. Here's a video demonstration of the N95's video editor. It was also included in the N93, but removed from the N95-8GB. http://vimeo.com/1329085Enjoy!-matthew-

Steve,They've got the same audio features in some of their other products. Easy to use, and sound good.Eric

WOW! This looks like a real reason to upgrade to the 3GS. Thanks for sharing.P.S. Love your site!

Great seeing you, too! I agree. The audio functionally in 1st Video was clearly NOT an afterthought. It all looks pretty amazing. Can't wait to play with it.

Taz, great seeing you at NAB. I had not seen the full demo of this until I watched this movie. I practically fell out of my chair when he got to the audio editing portion.
