Where are all the Android apps?
That’s a great question. When we first launched the Directory, we had app categories for Android, Palm webOS, Blackberry, and Windows phones, but frankly, they weren’t getting any views. We decided to remove those categories, and only include iOS apps. We’ve completely re-written the Directory so it automatically remains up-do-date. It’s also a hell of a lot faster now.
There is one down side. Since the Directory now pulls some information directly from the iTunes App Store, there may be occasional display errors. When Apple’s servers suffer a glitch, the Directory will display some strange text. If that happens, just wait a moment and reload the page.
What’s an Affiliate Link?
One of the ways niche sites like ours manage to pay the bills is by using affiliate links. Simply put, if you click on an App Store link next to any app listed in the directory, and then choose to make a purchase, HHH will get a few cents for the referral. It doesn’t affect you, or the price you pay. But it does help us keep the hard drives humming. It’s the easiest way to support HHH. Thanks!
